  The above photo shows some guys enjoying their day just downstream of the spillway of the Yough River Dam near Confluence, PA. This river was dead back in the 60's and 70's from mine run off, but due to aggressive clean up efforts by the state and sportmans groups, it has become one of the top trout fishing streams in the region.
